I treat every case as if it is going to trial – no exceptions.  Even if we’ve decided that your company would be better served by settlement options, I believe that the opposition will not offer good options unless they know we’re ready for trial.  I’ve tried over one-hundred cases and I understand that cases are won based on preparation.  From Day One, I’ll work with you to investigate and secure evidence, develop and execute our litigation strategy, and focus on what will be important at trial.  The opposition will prove much more likely to settle on your company’s terms as we push forward towards trial and maintain the initiative.  And if the opposition will not settle, we’ll be ready to win at trial.
